Delete your account

This is how to delete an account in Pawnlings, the game by Consultoría EHERO S.L.U., together with all its data.

From the game

1. Open Pawnlings and tap the Settings gear.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete account, at the bottom right.
4. Confirm with Yes, delete everything.

It is deleted at once and cannot be undone. If you had the same account on another device, it disappears there too. The phone is left with a new, empty account in case you want to keep playing.

Without the game

If you no longer have the game installed or cannot open it, write to info@consultoriaehero.com with the subject “Delete my Pawnlings account” and your player number (shown in Settings › Account). If you do not have it, tell us what you remember: your name in the league, which league you were in and when you last played. We delete it within 30 days and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

• The identifier of your install and your player number.
• All your progress: heroes, warlords, levels, team, gold, gems and the other currencies, Adventure, league, fame, chests, daily tasks and pass.
• Your name and your team in the league: they no longer show on the leaderboard or turn up as a rival.
• Your battle history, the record of what you earned and spent, the reward videos you watched, the days you played and any support notes.
• The codes created to take the account to another device.

Anything you had bought is lost with the account and is not refunded for deleting it.

What is kept

• The purchase records (the store's transaction identifier, the product, the date and what was delivered), for six years, because accounting law requires it. They are no longer tied to any account.
• Server backups are rotated: the deletion can take a few extra days to disappear from all of them.
• Whatever Apple or Google keep about your purchases, and whatever Google keeps about ads, is handled by them under their own policies.
